Yoga Poses You Can Do at Your Desk

Scale Pose

High Altar Pose

Start by turning to the left. Now use your left hand by placing it on the back of your chair as this will help in deepening the twist. Now proceed by holding for at least 5 to 8 breaths. Proceed to do the same thing to the other side.
